We are bombarded daily with countless images in magazines, commercials, reality shows and social media -- all devoted to telling us how to be our "best self" or get the "best look" . . . no wonder it's hard to imagine that God created us perfectly just the way we are!
We are God's special work of art and the very God who created us wants peace and joy for us. We can rest in knowing we were created to do God's work and to be a positive light in this world even when it seems to be filled with darkness.
So how do we shine bright with a good heart?
It starts with you everyday and it simply begins with prayer . . . It's good for your heart, it guides your thoughts and it's a great use of time! As your relationship with God grows, you will see yourself as God intended -- wonderfully made and fully capable of being yourself . . . even in a world full of images!
